Rudy Lehder Rivas, President Biography  Mr. Rivas has a very distinguished career in Health Insurance, he has spoken throughout America on the subject. He has been honored by the US Congress and has been awarded with the Ronald Reagan Gold Medal, and also has been awarded Businessman of the Year. In 2004, Mr. Rivas started the first Hispanic Health Insurance Brokerage in California (Hispanic Insure). He has been honored also by Hispanic Business Magazine as one of the Business people to watch, and has won "Fastest Growing business in 2005". Within the Healthcare Industry, he has won numerous awards from Blue Cross of Ca. a Top 50 Broker in California (Premier Broker in 2006), with Blue Shield of Ca. a MVP Broker Several years, and has sat on the Broker Advisory Board from Blue Shield of Ca., Kaiser Permanente, Health Net, Blue Cross of Ca. In 2007 Rudy Rivas, published an Article on Healthcare in America "A Health Solution", where he takes on the actual costs of Medical costs which translates to higher Health Insurance premiums. His awards and accomplishments are many, more recently he was awarded the US Congressional Distinguished Medal Honor. Mr. Rivas often consults with Law Firms as an Expert Witness on Health Insurance, he also works as an consultant with the largest healthcare companies in the USA. Mr. Rivas owns and operates Health Insurance Agencies in California and Florida- he is a well known speaker on Taking Control of Health Insurance Premiums, with HSA and HRA type plans.
